Description Key Responsibilities: Administer full project contracts from procurement through to completion Prepare, issue, and manage subcontractor and supplier agreements Handle variations, RFIs, progress claims, and contract negotiations Work closely with Project Managers, site teams, and consultants Maintain detailed contract documentation and compliance records Support project cost control, budgeting, and forecasting processes Skills And Experiences About You: Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator on large-scale commercial apartment or mixed-use builds Strong knowledge of end-to-end contract management Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills Proficiency in construction software - Cheops Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar Availability to attend weekly site meetings in Shepparton On Offer: $150,000 base salary super $5,000 annual travel allowance to attend routine weekly project meetings in Shepparton Performance-based incentive bonuses tied to key project milestones Join a flagship project for a respected and growing construction group Work with a high-performing and supportive team Career progression opportunities across future large-scale projects Apply Now: Ready to take the lead on a career-defining project?
