The Opportunity At Sysintegra, we are looking for a Business Solutions Consultant to be based on-site at our client in Sydney. This can be a short contract or a more permanent role for the right candidate. You will be responsible for designing and mapping client business requirements to systems and technical solutions. The role involves working with clients to assess current processes and tools, identify ServiceNow platform options, define solution requirements, determine integration needs, and develop architecture and implementation plans. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include - Conducting workshops, analyzing, and documenting business requirements related to ServiceNow integrations. - Designing high-volume, data-intensive integrations. - Translating requirements into functional specifications. - Building integrations to big data platforms. - Maintaining strong communication across stakeholders within the business. Required Skills and Experience - Minimum of 5 years' experience as a ServiceNow Solution Consultant, Functional or Technical Business Analyst. - Certification in ServiceNow CSA or ITIL v4 (highly regarded). - Strong skills in ServiceNow platform configuration and integration. - Knowledge of ServiceNow Integration Hub. - Experience designing custom integration hub 'Spokes'. - Exposure to Workflow Data Fabric is a plus. - Experience building integrations to Data Lake/Data Warehousing platforms like Google BigQuery/DataBricks is advantageous. - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
