We’re hiring a Head of Supply Chain & Logistics at Archies Footwear Archies Footwear already serves customers in 14 countries and is preparing for significant expansion. We’re seeking a Head of Supply Chain & Logistics to join our senior leadership team, reporting directly to the CFO . This role is aboutensuring our products move efficiently and reliably—from suppliers, through warehouses, to our customers. You’ll oversee the full supply chain, working closely with global manufacturing, 3PL partners, and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly while scaling for future growth. What you’ll be driving: Procurement and supplier management—aligning supply with demand forecasts. Inventory planning and process improvements across global operations. International shipping and customs clearance for inbound goods. Domestic logistics and 3PL performance—ensuring customers receive orders on time. Strategic projects such as warehousing expansion in key regions and potential supply chain diversification. Who we’re looking for: 5 years leading supply chain and logistics, ideally in eCommerce or retail. Hands-on experience with procurement of product, freight forwarding, customs, and distribution. Skilled at managing 3PL partners and delivering against SLAs. Strong communicator and problem-solver who thrives under pressure. Experience with inventory management systems (Cin7, Shopify).
