The Opportunity The Enterprise Architecture & Delivery team is part of the Technology, Transformation and Operations business unit, responsible for the technology and operations strategy and architecture of CFS. A key purpose of ours is leading the technology roadmap for the organisation to deliver on its strategy and transform into a customer-obsessed, growing, and efficient market-leading Wealth Management organisation. This is a contingent contract role working at CFS for 6 months with a view to extend. Your Responsibilities Develop architecture blueprints, domain architectures, solution architectures, and roadmaps for strategically significant parts of our organisation. Support and guide Solution Architects to ensure solutions are aligned to target state architecture. Oversee solution development for significant programs/projects. Structure and manage architecture governance for the ARB (Architecture Review Board) and SAF (Solution Architecture Forum). Work with teams to align architecture governance and methods. Engage actively with the COO LT and CFS broadly to align business and technology outcomes. Document, maintain, and communicate the overarching CFS architecture and roadmap. Your Capabilities and Experience Proven experience in the financial services industry, systems, and technologies, especially Wealth Management and Superannuation. Strong experience in architecture, developing, leading, and governing architecture solutions involving a range of technologies. Proven experience in defining and driving strategic change through technology and influencing stakeholders. Ability to frame technology options in commercial frameworks, managing trade-offs between short- and long-term needs. Experience in developing target state architectures and roadmaps, with the ability to influence, guide, and coach technology teams to implement. Commitment to comply with regulations, policies, and processes. Understanding of emerging external innovation/disruption trends.
