eHealth Queensland requires an experienced Alcatel / Cisco Voice Specialist who can design, implement, and troubleshoot voice solutions using a variety of design tools, management, and monitoring systems. Reporting to the Technical Delivery Manager, you will: Lead the assessment, analysis, development, documentation, and implementation of complex solutions for voice / telephony / unified communications, ensuring alignment with best practice IM / ICT design and delivery frameworks, consistent with enterprise and solution architectures. Design complex systems and recommend strategies for migrating eHealth to proposed solutions, documenting design standards, methods, and tools in line with enterprise and solution architectures. Evaluate risks to infrastructure integrity in proposed implementations, conduct configuration changes in accordance with work programs and the Enterprise Change Management system, including out-of-hours work when necessary. Validate vendor designs, review implementation plans, bills of material, and statements of work. Maintain and enhance your expertise in current and emerging products, technologies, and trends, promoting continuous improvement within the enterprise. Are you right for this role?
