Position: General Manager, Violence Prevention – The Men’s Project Newly created leadership role within a unique program Richmond-based position accessible via public transport About the role This role provides leadership to strengthen, oversee, and monitor practices related to reducing violence and harmful behaviors among boys and men through The Men’s Project. Responsibilities include managing teams and initiatives, practice development, implementing supervision frameworks, knowledge translation, evaluation, continuous improvement, and developing new responses with potential funding support. About the program The Men’s Project, launched in 2017, aims to reduce violence and harmful behaviors among boys and men, enhancing their wellbeing and fostering safe families and communities. The project builds on Jesuit Social Services’ 45 years of engagement with boys and men, leading new efforts to improve wellbeing and safety.
