Position Responsibilities and Tasks Identifying and diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults in e-motorcycles, e-scooters and e-bike engines, batteries, and components. Dismantling motor assemblies, transmissions, steering systems, and other components to examine and evaluate their condition. Repairing and replacing worn or defective mechanical and electrical parts and reconstructing components, referring to service manuals when necessary. Conducting scheduled maintenance services, such as battery performance checks, firmware updates, lubrications, and tune-ups, to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with safety standards. Reassembling motors and components after servicing or repairs. Testing and fine-tuning mechanical and electrical systems after repairs to guarantee proper performance and safety. Utilising diagnostic software and specialised tools to evaluate and troubleshoot electrical components. Inspecting e-motorcycles, e-scooters and e-bikes for roadworthiness and advising on necessary work to meet compliance standards when applicable. Responding to engine mechanical breakdown service calls when required to assist customers. Qualifications and Skills: Relevant qualifications. Minimum of 1 year's experience in the field. Strong understanding of electrical systems, batteries, and motor technology. Fast learner to understand and apply new knowledge and techniques. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and repair techniques. Salary: The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $70,000 - $80,000, plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
