Executive Director Corporate Services Let’s talk about the opportunity The purpose of this role is to provide strategic leadership and direction to the multi-functional and professional business units of the Corporate Services Division encompassing finance and procurement, human resources, security and facilities, governance and risk, witness liaison, information management & technology, and cyber security. As a senior leader within the Commission, this position has responsibility for driving the standards aligned with the Commission’s core values of Fairness, Integrity, Accountability, and Tenacity (FIAT). This is a permanent, full-time position. The total remuneration package for this Senior Executive Band 1 position ranges from $239,251 to $264,167 per annum (including superannuation). Candidates will be assessed against the following requirements: Relevant tertiary qualifications in management or a related discipline and/or experience at a senior level managing a diverse range of corporate services functions including finance and procurement, human resources, security, and Information management & technology. Demonstrated skills in people leadership, and development and implementation of strategic and operational change and improvement processes. High level strategic planning, analysis and problem solving, including the writing of strategy, policy, and business cases. Strong communication, collaboration and influencing skills to build relationships and negotiate outcomes.
