Shifts: Day Shift 6:00 AM to 2:23 PM (Monday to Friday) About The Role: Assist the Die Cut Operator to convert and embellish flat end and printed sheets into single units to be folded, glued, etc. What You\u2019ll Do: - Assist the Operator with Set up of the machine to the standard required in preparation for the run (make ready) - Assess product for meeting quality standards, undertake quality checks - Assist Operator with each job to ensure quality and productivity requirements are met - Assist operator with machine operation to ensure continuous running - Assist Operator with routine maintenance in accordance with the Daily Equipment Care checklist - Review workload with operator to ensure all preparation work is managed in a timely manner to ensure continuous running of the machine - Assist in cross training other staff where applicable - Responsible for housekeeping within department in accordance with GMP Policy and Audits. - Coordinate and liaise with Operator What You\u2019ll Bring - Mechanical aptitude - Attention to detail - Problem solve - Ability to read technical drawings - Ability to operate die cutting machine What We\u2019re Looking For - Knowledge of cutting and creasing - Understanding flatbed die cutting machinery - Understand machine function and operation - Understand machine and job tooling - Understand \u2018pre make ready\u2019 process Ready to Join Us?
