The QLD State Manager - Pastoral & Spiritual Care Services is a new role designed to create connection, cohesion and to ensure an integrated, professional Pastoral Care service across all of St Vincent's. Reporting to the National Director - Pastoral & Spiritual Care, this is not just a management role; it's an opportunity to provide ethical leadership and shape the future of care. You will lead a dedicated team of Pastoral & Spiritual Practitioners, guiding the overall direction and delivery of our services. Your work will ensure that every action reflects the core values of the Sisters of Charity and Mary Aikenhead Ministries. By collaborating with other State Managers, you will help create a consistent, values-based approach that makes a tangible difference in the lives of patients, families, and staff. This is your chance to lead with compassion and integrity, upholding St Vincent's Catholic identity while driving impactful change. You will also be responsible for ensuring the provision of pastoral and spiritual care is grounded in St Vincent's mission and values, and will maintain strong relationships with the local Archdiocese, clergy, and religious congregations to ensure access to sacraments for patients, staff, and families. This is a permanent full-time opportunity based across our Queensland hospitals and aged care homes on a hybrid working arrangement.
