With your sharp eye for detail and genuine care, you’ll help create stays that guests remember—and come back for. What you will be doing: Be the go-to leader on the Front Desk - supporting the team and setting the tone for a smooth and memorable guest experience. Make arrivals, departures, and everything in between feel effortless for our guests.; maintain accurate guest accounts and provide accurate, helpful information. Attend to all incoming calls in a professional and polite manner, constantly striving to provide Total Customer Satisfaction. Lead by example, creating a supportive, energetic team culture that delivers warm, personal service- every time. Monitor training and offer guidance to team members whilst on shift. Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety. The successful candidate will: Have the ability to work rotating 7 day roster. Prior experience using Opera Cloud preferred A natural people-person with a passion for hospitality and a guest-first mindset. Be proactive and resourceful when attending to guest requests. Have great attention to detail. Be reliable and well groomed. Be a strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Have a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate in Victoria.
