What You’ll Do: As a key member of their Retail Leadership Team, you’ll bring vision, structure and positivity to a diverse multi-site portfolio with up to 8 stores. Your mission? To drive performance, build capability and lead with authenticity, within a hands-on environment. Drive exceptional customer experiences, ensuring every store reflects their brand's commitment to service and style Motivate your teams to meet and exceed sales and KPI targets, fostering a competitive yet collaborative environment through relationship focused selling Coach and develop store leaders through regular check-ins, reviews, and training plans, focusing on building strong teams and succession plans Optimise wage control and operational efficiency across the region, ensuring profitability and sustainability Foster an inclusive, high-energy culture that reflects their values, promoting teamwork, respect and a passion for fashion Lead succession planning by identifying and nurturing top talent, building a pipeline of future leaders Support visual merchandising execution with a strong commercial lens, ensuring their stores are always visually appealing and aligned with brand standards Maintain strong communication and feedback loops with HQ and store teams, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned Build and maintain strong relationships with Store Managers, understanding their challenges and providing support Embrace a 'lead with kindness' approach, fostering a supportive and empowering work environment What You’ll Bring: We’re looking for a passionate leader who thrives in a dynamic retail setting and knows how to bring out the best in others. Minimum 2-3 years in a multi-site retail leadership role (i.e. Cluster, Area or Regional Manager) Experience managing 3-4 stores, but ideally up to 8 stores Proven experience in apparel or accessories retail, with a strong understanding of current fashion trends A track record of delivering results through people and process, with a focus on both sales and team development Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills Passion for team development, coaching and leading with purpose A current driver’s license and flexibility to travel across NSW Determination and a fun personality Why join this team?
