This role offers the opportunity to advance your career in logistics, supported by an award-winning team and industry-leading systems. You will work closely with the Operations team to coordinate shipments from start to finish, ensuring compliance, efficiency, profitability, and exceptional customer service. Location: Sydney Line Manager: Station Manager Working Pattern: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime as required Key Role Accountabilities Compliance Ensure all export and import processes comply with Australian regulations, including security and safety standards. Adhere to ISO 2015 QMS requirements, ensuring swift and accurate completion of shipments within Australian operating procedures and customs law. Operations Coordinate shipments in line with customer SOPs, liaising with overseas offices and other B&H departments to meet deadlines and KPIs. Respond promptly to customer requests and ensure all shipments are recorded in the company system. Arrange On-Board Courier (OBC) shipments as required. Profitability Verify correct costing is recorded for each file. Highlight and escalate any areas of concern to the Line Manager or Account Customer Service Manager. Customer Focus Build, maintain, and develop customer relationships alongside Customer Solutions and other departments. Understand and respond to individual customer needs and requirements. Your Experience: This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Ability to work proactively and use initiative. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in IT systems and tools, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) as well as bespoke Company systems. Excellent organizational and planning skills. Experience of Air Export processes, including compliance knowledge (customs law, ISO QMS, Dangerous Goods), cost control, and direct customer relationship management. Ability to work independently, dealing with KPIs and profitability and acting as the operational link with overseas offices. What We Offer: Competitive salary.
