About The Position Reporting into the Head of Organisational Development, this is a 2 – 3-month contract role where you will be responsible for the following: Recognition & Engagement: Oversee both monetary and non-monetary recognition programs and manage the administration of the Annual Engagement Survey; Job Architecture & Evaluation: Establish and maintain administrative processes to support job evaluations and out-of-cycle remuneration requests; and Performance, Development, Planning & Succession: Monitor goal alignment across the organisation and support the upcoming Talent Review and Succession Planning cycle. About You You will be a proactive and collaborative Organisational Development Specialist who thrives in a purpose-driven environment. Your strong organisational skills and ability to influence stakeholders will be critical in ensuring the success of key people initiatives. Ideally, you will bring: Previous experience in recognition, engagement, talent management, or organisational development programs; Strong systems exposure, with a preference for experience in Workday, Reward Gateway or Peakon; The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced and values-led environment; and Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to building relationships at all levels.
