The role: Our Centre Management team is recognised as a leader indelivering top-tier management to a national retail landlord with centersacross Australia. In this exciting role, you will oversee a portfolio ofcentres across Western Australia. The role involves establishing and maintaining strong,positive relationships with retailers and ensuring the trading environment iswell presented, safe and an inviting destination for customers. Key Responsibilities: Provide support to the client in administering therequirements of leases and licenses Managing and keeping tenancy schedules accurate Assist in the preparation of annual income and expenditurebudgets Manage and maintain bank guarantees Regular centre inspection to ensure the highest level ofpresentation Monitor and follow up any maintenance related queries andworks Establish strong relationships with occupiers includingmanaging any complaints Provide CAPEX recommendations to the FM team Provide marketing and promotional activity support Arrears management Monthly financial reporting Expense forecasting Who are we looking for?
