We’re not looking for someone ready to ‘try’ leadership - we’re after a Recruitment & Sales Manager who’s been in the trenches, built high-performing teams before, delivered big numbers, and still has that fire to do it all over again (and better!). What the role looks like: Inspire & Lead – Manage multiple teams, with at least 8 consultants under your wing, coaching them to stretch, succeed and smash their goals. Own the Delivery – Ensure our SLAs are not just met, but exceeded, with client satisfaction and repeat business at the core of everything you do. Drive Commercial Success – You’ll know your numbers inside out and have a track record of creating big revenue returns – because results matter. Build Partnerships – Foster strong, lasting client relationships that drive loyalty and growth. Shape the Future – Play a pivotal role in scaling our delivery strategy and building the next generation of high performers. Who we are looking for: Has been running in the recruitment game for 6 years , managing sales teams with confidence (and balancing multiple teams doesn’t scare you one bit). Knows what it takes to lead multiple consultants at once, keeping energy high, targets in sight and results rolling in. Can proudly point to a track record of big revenue wins and clients who rave about your service . Brings the goods when it comes to leadership, commercial acumen and personality - because let’s be honest, nobody wants to work with a leader who delivers results but kills the vibe! Bonus points if you’ve had exposure to Office Support recruitment – it’s our bread and butter, and an area we’re proud to lead in. Why MJD?
