Senior Development Manager – Luxury Residential & Mixed-Use Projects We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Development Manager to lead the delivery of premium residential and mixed-use developments in Sydney. This is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic, design-led team working on landmark projects in the heart of the city. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end development processes from acquisition through to handover Manage town planning processes including DA, NOC, and CC submissions Oversee design management, construction delivery, and project handover Ensure compliance with NSW-specific legislation and regulatory frameworks Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to maintain project vision and quality Uphold luxury construction standards, finishes, and detailing throughout all phases Operate with a high level of autonomy within a small, agile team About You: 10–15 years’ experience in a Development Manager or Senior Development Manager role, ideally within high-end residential or mixed-use developments Recent experience in NSW, preferably within the Sydney CBD and City of Sydney Council jurisdiction Strong technical understanding of design, construction, and compliance Proven track record in delivering premium residential projects Deep knowledge of NSW planning legislation, BCA/NCC, DBP Act, RAB Act, Strata Schemes Management Act, and the NSW Planning Portal Experience working with private developers is highly regarded
