Job Title: Site Superintendent– Electrical & Mechanical Location: Renewable Energy Projects Roster: Multiple rosters FIFO Rate: $120 - $130 /hour Super | All travel time paid Duration: Immediate start through late December, with strong potential for extension or permanency (project pipeline through 2027) Project Overview Join a high-performing team on a major Renewable energy infrastructure projects. Looking for experience with installation or maintenance of high-voltage systems, and coordination of electrical and mechanical teams. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily activities of electrical and mechanical personnel Supervise contractor and ensure quality execution of inground services (conduits, overlays, etc.) Ensure productivity and accountability across all workers Report regularly to the Project Manager and client Interpret construction drawings, plans, and schedules Plan 6–8 week look ahead for crew sizing, tooling, materials, and resources Coordinate with third-party contractors and concurrent project teams as needed Maintain strong working relationships with client representatives and internal teams Foster a collaborative, respectful site culture—must be a team player who fits in well Support a tight-knit crew with a focus on delivery, safety, and professionalism Requirements Proven experience supervising electrical and mechanical teams on infrastructure or mining projects Strong background in inground services and high-voltage installations Ability to read and interpret schedules, drawings, and technical plans Skilled in resource planning, crew management, and forward scheduling Excellent communication and reporting skills Ability to work under pressure while maintaining team morale and productivity Must be adaptable, respectful, and able to integrate smoothly into an established team culture Why Join?
