What you'll do Student Consultation & Enrollment Conduct 30-minute 1-on-1 Welcome Consultations via Zoom with parents of prospective Year 6, 7, and 8 students, introducing Contour's selective entry preparation programs and guiding them to book free trials Run 30-minute 1-on-1 Results Review (Closing) Consultations via Zoom for parents whose children have completed their free trial, discussing diagnostic mock results and finalising enrollment Address questions, concerns, and objections from parents with consultative approach and genuine care for student outcomes Guide families through the complete sales pipeline from welcome through trial to enrolment Student Engagement & Support Proactively follow up with trialling students and their parents via phone, text, and email before, during, and after their free trial week Ensure parents feel supported and informed throughout their child's diagnostic mock and trial lesson experience Follow up on student forms, missed sessions, feedback, and any questions from parents with initiative and urgency Maintain consistent communication touchpoints with parents throughout the complete trial process Communication Management Handle inbound phone calls, texts, and website chat inquiries from parents with warmth and professionalism Serve as guiding voice for parents contacting Contour across all channels Execute outbound calling and follow-up campaigns to warm leads to book Welcome Consultations Maintain clear, convincing communication about Contour's selective entry preparation offerings and unique value proposition Professional
