Work closely with a senior property partner on high-end matters Deal directly with institutional clients and listed property groups Flexibility: full-time or 4 days/week considered About your new employer: Boutique in size, but operates at the top end of commercial property law Acts almost exclusively for institutional landlords, including: Listed property trusts, Managed funds, Developers & High-net-worth individuals Focuses on leasing, titling, and high-value commercial transactions Regularly works on the other side of major law firms and in-house legal teams of national blue chip public companies and services well known household brands as tenant clients About the role: Work on commercial transactions – shopping center experience a bonus Advise on titling and subdivision issues, plans, easements, etc. Handle commercial leasing matters (retail focus preferred) The ideal candidate: A lawyer with 3–6 years’ experience in commercial property Strong experience in leasing and commercial conveyancing Familiarity with retail leasing legislation and titling processes Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal Able to work fairly autonomously within a boutique structure Looking for stability and career development – not a short-term move If this role does not align to your experience and/or career goals, please contact us to discuss other suitable opportunities .
