About Your Role Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Participant Liaison Officer to work within our Acquisition Team. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of participants, overseeing all aspects of their NDIS service funding. The position also involves working closely with the Customer Reference Group (Chair) to ensure participants are actively engaged and connected with the group. Your Key Focus Responsible for seeking regular participant feedback to ensure quality end – to- end service experience is achieved Responsible for meeting the participants outcomes as determined by NDIA measures Accountable for ensuring that all participant information is captured, updated and maintained in the various organisational management systems Comply with Scope Policies and Procedures as applicable to your role Responsible for scoping and facilitation of quotes related to the participant profile of services agreements within allocated NDIS funding What We Look For Demonstrated experience in managing the delivery of customer support plans within a disability framework Sales and marketing experience desirable particularly in areas of enquiry mgmt. and/or engagement NDIS scheme funding experience Financial billing and invoicing skills Can operate effectively, even when things are not certain To view the position description please click here!
