Job Title: Digital Senior Executive Location: Melbourne A confident and detail-oriented Digital Senior Executive is needed to manage the buying, implementation, and optimisation of digital media campaigns across platforms including Google, Programmatic, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and more. The role includes collaboration with a Digital Coordinator and active involvement in campaign planning and client engagement. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end digital media campaigns, ensuring activity is delivered accurately and effectively across all platforms. Work with planning teams to develop strategies and channel mixes that best meet client goals, using performance data and media tools. Optimise campaigns in real time, negotiate with media owners, and ensure maximum value and reach for budgets. Prepare post-campaign reporting, analysis, and competitive insights to inform future planning. Oversee client billing processes and ensure all media bookings, proformas, and reconciliations are accurate and delivered on time. Mentor and upskill Digital Coordinators while building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. Qualifications 2–3 years of hands-on digital media buying and planning experience across multiple channels. Strong skills in media maths, data analysis, and the ability to interpret key performance metrics. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage directly with clients and media partners. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using ad servers and media planning/buying systems. Strong time management, negotiation skills, and a collaborative mindset. A proactive attitude and passion for advertising, media, and performance marketing.
