Property Network of Australia is seeking a Senior Facilities Coordinator join a leading national service provider of workplace services and facilities management, working on one of their large national client accounts in Perth CBD. This is a fixed-term contract role (12 months). We are looking for an individual with previous or current experience in an facilities management environment , corporate workplace, or maintenance role within corporate or related sector. Reporting directly to the Senior Facilities Manager, this role will be responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality workplace and facilities services to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient environment for all stakeholders. Key Duties & Responsibilities Coordinate and manage day-to-day facilities operations, including maintenance, repairs, and service requests. Supervise contractors to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. Assist with budget management and cost control across facilities services. Maintain compliance databases and support audit programs. Collaborate with the wider workplace team to deliver seamless services. Identify and escalate risks or operational issues to leadership as required. The ideal candidate will have Previous experience in facilities coordination or facilities management within a corporate, retail, or commercial environment. Knowledge of building services, maintenance scheduling, and contractor management. Familiarity with OHS regulations, risk assessment, and compliance requirements. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
