We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Planner position to be based in our Perth Office. This position will report to the Lead Maintenance Planner. This position will be responsible for the planning and scheduling function to deliver corrective and planned maintenance across their designated region. Key Areas of Responsibility Design, implement and manage maintenance planning to deliver work activities. Supporting multiple operational sites to control compliance, progress and completion. Manage material and labour resourcing to meet planning requirements - including external service providers and contractors. Utilise the Maintenance Management System (Oracle) to deliver maintenance planning. Liaise with Supply Teams to ensure adequate and timely supply of materials, resources and equipment. Assist in financial and budget preparation and forecasting activities of maintenance strategies. Support the collaborative establishment of maintenance specifications for new assets as part of the operational readiness process and existing assets as part of the Preventive Maintenance Optimisation (PMO) process. Develop and implement maintenance planning for scheduled outage periods as required. Efficiently develop and manage maintenance outages and activities to adhere to allocated maintenance windows. Qualifications and Experience Maintenance Management System (Oracle) experience is essential. 8 years’ experience in planning and scheduling within an asset management environment. Experience with power generation and associated plant and equipment is desirable. Sound understanding of health and safety, environmental and industrial relations. Computer literacy using Microsoft suite of packages including planning software such as MS projects is required. Driver’s licence required.
