Selection Criteria… Relevant tertiary qualifications in Community, Youth, Social Work or a related field Proven experience managing or coordinating community, child, youth or family programs Strong interpersonal, communication and team leadership skills Ability to work with and support a small team Knowledge of DCJ or Department of Education frameworks, or willingness to learn Experience in advocacy, partnership building, and needs assessment A valid NSW driver’s licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle Current Working with Children Check and National Criminal Record Check (or willingness to obtain) Are you excited yet?
