This position is full-time or part-time across 5 days for the right candidate. The Team Leader Program Support oversees the call centre’s daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient processes. Leading and supporting Program Support Officers, this role combines team supervision with a hands-on approach—managing calls, resolving complex enquiries, and coordinating outreach caseload management. The position ensures service quality, compliance, and contributes to BEST’s vision through effective leadership and operational excellence To be successful in this role you will excel at driving performance in the 4 key areas outlined below: Leadership & People Management Customer Service & Call Managment.
