We are currently on the search for an Internal Claims Adjuster to join our client's team in Regional, NSW! You will be responsible for helping their customers recover from property damages. Location: Tamworth, New South Wales What's on Offer Salary: $72,800 including super Company laptop and equipment to work from home Flexible Working Arrangements On-going training opportunities | Lots of progression Potential to work on claims across the country Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of insurance claims Support and advice policy holders end-to-end on their insurance claim Review insurance policy documents to recommend decisions to insurers Prepare and write reports for insurance companies Liaise and monitoring repairs with relevant building and restoration trades Requirements Excellent customer service skills Previous experience working in claims management, property management, ex-police/ public services or trade backgrounds Strong skills in report writing and documentation Attention to detail Knowledge on insurance terminology (example being GICOP) If you feel like your background isn't an exact match, we would still love to hear from you!
