ConsultANZ is looking for an experienced Estimator to play a pivotal role within a dynamic and innovative team delivering major civil infrastructure projects across New South Wales, Victoria, and Queensland. Core Responsibilities Prepare and analyse subcontractor and supplier quotations, ensuring accurate comparisons and assessments Develop detailed and methodical cost estimates for permanent works Accurately forecast labour and plant requirements in line with project schedules and engineering standards Ensure all resource estimates align with tender programs and milestones Compile, review, and submit high-quality tender submissions to clients in line with contract requirements Review contract terms to confirm compliance and consistency with tender documentation Deliver thorough commercial handover documentation to support seamless project delivery Collaborate with construction teams to collect data on productivity and resource use to improve future estimating processes What You Will Bring Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline 5–7 years’ proven experience in civil construction estimating and tendering Track record of success in estimating and securing large-scale infrastructure contracts Proficiency with estimation software (Candy CCS or similar highly regarded) Strong technical knowledge of construction methodologies, engineering principles, and project feasibility Ability to assess site conditions through inspections and survey data analysis Practical problem-solving skills with strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities Previous leadership experience, including mentoring junior team members What’s on Offer Base location flexible across NSW, VIC, or QLD Competitive salary package: $130K – $150K (negotiable depending on experience) Permanent, full-time role with career stability and progression opportunities Exposure to high-profile, large-scale civil infrastructure projects Supportive team culture with strong focus on professional development and growth APPLY NOW if interested or email marnel.labarosa@consultanz.com.au to hear more about this opportunity.
