Overview The Banking and Financial Services Financial Management Platforms Enablement team plays a vital role in providing business-led capability that supports planning, forecasting and reporting for Financial Planning and Analysis, and the automation of associated finance activities. This is enabled through ensuring the platforms used by the Financial Management team allow robust forecasting, reporting and analytical capabilities. Responsibilities You will be responsible for managing and prioritizing workloads to deliver effective solutions that address the evolving needs of the Finance function. You will lead a high-performing team to achieve key outcomes, including capturing and enabling business needs for forecasting, reporting, and automation, maintaining a reliable platform service and supporting the automation of financial control and management accounting processes. You will ensure the organisation of data, models, and processes to meet Finance objectives while managing a clear intake and prioritization process for changes, fixes, and enhancements. Qualifications CA or CPA qualification with Banking and Financial Services exposure Proven Enterprise Platform Management enablement experience with hands-on exposure to Anaplan, TM1 (or equivalent) and BI tools (e.g. Power BI) Experience in leading a team with demonstrated service delivery orientation Program management certification is valuable (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
