Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Consultant - ServiceNow with deep expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and IT Asset Management (ITAM). This is a senior consulting role working within a large enterprise environment, providing leadership across ServiceNow implementations and integrations to optimise IT operations. This is an initial 6 month contract paying $510 plus super per day. Responsibilities Lead ITAM, CMDB, and ServiceNow integration initiatives to align IT processes with business objectives. Provide hands-on technical leadership in ServiceNow development, including Glide scripting, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Access Controls, and Service Portal configuration. Drive best practices across ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and CSDM architecture, including data modelling and module utilisation (CSM, SOW, HAM, and Reporting). Qualifications 10 years' experience in ITSM, CMDB, and ServiceNow platform development. Proven expertise in ServiceNow integrations and custom application development. Strong technical proficiency across ITAM, CMDB, and related ServiceNow modules. Deep knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery and CSDM framework. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Desirable Skills Additional experience with ServiceNow HAM, CSM, and reporting capabilities. Broader background in enterprise IT infrastructure and tool administration.
