What you’ll bring Extensive Experience in senior PMO/portfolio management roles with demonstrated governance expertise A strong track record of managing governance for large portfolios, Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring PMO teams, and ideally, establishing PMO functions within large, complex organisations. Exceptional influencing skills, with a proven history of chairing steering committees and influencing at the executive level. A solid background in risk management, forecasting, and developing executive reporting suites. Advanced analytical capabilities and data visualisation expertise are highly valued. The ability to think strategically, translate vision into actionable frameworks, and lead change management efforts to embed new processes and tools. Essential experience with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
