Projects have Trello. Now, Compliance has Haast. The Role We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead our US expansion and shape the next generation of AI-powered compliance products. You'll drive strategy, guide cross-functional teams, and bring new AI experiences to market that transforms how compliance gets done. What you’ll do Set strategy & roadmap : Define the product strategy and ruthlessly prioritise to deliver the biggest impact Lead the product end-to-end : From discovery with customers to delivering high-quality features. Balance speed and focus so the team ships improvements that meet business goals. Drive 0→1 innovation : explore new opportunities, validate them quickly with customers, and scale the most promising ideas into market-ready products. Champion the customer : Partner with compliance, legal, and marketing teams to uncover pain points and co-design solutions Scale the AI engine : Collaborate with ML and infra to ship LLM features with enterprise-grade performance, efficiency, and guardrails. Lead & mentor – Align cross-functional teams, grow product managers, and raise the quality bar.
