What is Blinq? Blinq is building the fastest, most intuitive way to share who you are and remember who you meet. Starting as the world’s 1 digital business card, it now facilitates over 50 million new relationships annually and is growing rapidly. Our vision is to create the world’s intelligence layer for professional relationships—one that remembers for you, prompts when it matters, and keeps you connected. If you aspire to be part of such scale and ambition, you’re in the right place. Why You’ll Love It Here Rapid growth: Doubling ARR every few months, expanding our product offerings, and building our team across Sydney, San Francisco, Melbourne, and New York. Well-resourced: Over $45m raised from investors like Blackbird, Touring Capital, Hubspot Ventures, and Square Peg—investing continuously in our people and tools. A rare moment to join: We’re at an inflection point—big enough for momentum, small enough for your impact. Customers love it: 140k reviews and a 4.9/5 rating on the App Store, with users worldwide relying on Blinq for meaningful first interactions. We work in person, on purpose: Believing face-to-face creativity and energy foster better results, we spend 3 days in the office and the rest where you work best. Growth at Blinq Our Growth team combines sales, marketing, and strategy to expand Blinq’s reach. We craft stories for customers, partners, and markets—showing how a single "card share" can spark lasting relationships. If connecting ideas to people excites you, this is your place to shine. Role & Impact You’ll manage the Blinq website as a product, not just a project, being central to growth, storytelling, and decision-making. Your work will range from site migrations to campaign launches, bridging internal teams and external partners. This role requires strategic thinking, good design sense, and prioritization skills. What You'll Do Lead the performance, experience, and evolution of our website to ensure it converts, reflects our brand, and adapts to our go-to-market strategies. Brief agencies or freelancers with clear standards and timelines. Create quick-turn pages for campaigns, events, or product launches, collaborating with content and growth teams. Align with marketing, product, and sales stakeholders to ensure the website reflects current priorities. Bonus: Use CRO or SEO experience to support testing, structure, and conversion improvements. What You’ll Bring 5–8 years in digital, growth, or ecommerce marketing, with at least 2 years managing a B2B website end-to-end. Strong knowledge of CMS platforms like Webflow and basic analytics. Comfortable with Figma for reviewing designs and providing feedback. Experience managing freelancers or agencies with clear briefs and feedback. Familiarity with tools like VWO or Google Optimize for testing and CRO. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Bonus: Experience in CRO, SEO, or content testing, especially in SaaS environments. What You Get We set high standards and move with purpose. You’ll have clarity, trust, and ownership—plus a team dedicated to doing their best work. We offer: Equity & ownership: Share in the upside of building something massive.
