What You’ll Bring CA / CPA Qualified, business degree, 10 years of experience A hands-on style—able to manage details while stepping back to drive strategy. You will only have 1 finance employee and an outsourced finance provider so expectation is you will be deeply involved in day-to-day finance requirements Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience, ideally within innovation, technology, research, or complex mission-led organisations . Strength in financial strategy, reporting, governance, risk, and operational oversight. Experience engaging with Boards and external stakeholders at a high level.
