What You’ll Bring A background in accounting with 3–5 years of hands-on tax return preparation/review in Australian public practice. A consultative mindset: proactive, empathetic, and laser-focused on client outcomes. Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to translate complexity into clarity. Natural relationship-building skills with the ability to thrive on collaboration and trust. Organised, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities with precision.
