Job Description We’re looking for a driven Business Development Specialist to join Montu and play a big role in growing Leafio , our pharmacy partner platform. This isn’t a customer service role — it’s about sales, growth, and results . You’ll be the first point of contact for new pharmacies coming on board, managing inbound leads, guiding them through their first three months, and ensuring they’re set up for success. Once that growth window closes, you’ll hand them over to the SDR team and start fresh with a new pipeline — keeping things dynamic, fast-paced, and focused on growth. What you’ll do: Take ownership of all inbound pharmacy registrations , ensuring they move from sign-up to first-order revenue. Manage a rolling pipeline of accounts through their first 3-month growth window. Build strong relationships with new pharmacies, uncovering needs and spotting opportunities to drive early usage. Guide new partners through onboarding and the order journey, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Collaborate with sales, SDRs, and marketing on campaigns, product launches, and growth initiatives. Keep accurate records and activity tracking in our CRM.
