Central Coast Grammar School (CCGS) is seeking an innovative and visionary Chief Information and Data Officer (CIDO) to lead digital transformation and shape the future of technology-enhanced education. This is a pivotal leadership role, sitting on the Executive Leadership Team and reporting directly to the Headmaster, with responsibility for driving ICT strategy, digital innovation and operational excellence across our K–12 school community. The Position As Chief Information and Data Officer, you will: Lead the formulation of the CCGS information technology strategy, ensuring it is built upon a thorough, current and forward-thinking comprehension of curriculum requirements for digital technology, cybersecurity, ICT trends and best practices. Lead technology-enabled transformation across teaching, learning and administration. Oversee ICT operations, infrastructure and service delivery, ensuring secure, reliable and future-ready systems. Champion cybersecurity, data protection and risk management. Guide innovation in areas such as AI, data integration and emerging technologies. Mentor and develop a high-performing ICT team, fostering a culture of service excellence. Qualifications You are a strategic thinker and collaborative leader with a proven track record in ICT leadership and digital transformation. You will bring: Experience at executive level, shaping and delivering enterprise-wide ICT strategies. Expertise in IT operations, infrastructure, project delivery and vendor management. Advanced knowledge of cybersecurity principles and data governance. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage effectively with staff, students and external stakeholders. The ability to inspire teams and lead change with vision, resilience and integrity.
