For one (very lucky) person, the Neometro doors are swinging open for a growth driven Digital Marketer who understands how to use an integrated marketing approach to generate leads and pipeline growth and help to bring together marketing and sales efforts. The Role This role is a broad one! So if you love (a very) fast-paced environment, and the opportunity to get stuck into a real mix of marketing activities then you will thrive here. You’ll collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager, Directors and Sales team on growth activities which will include: Email Marketing & CRM Management Draft, automate, and optimise EDM campaigns and journeys, including segmentation, triggers, EDM performance reporting, and lifecycle communications, including technical integration of lead flows into their CRM. Performance Marketing & Paid Optimisation Manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google Display/SEM, and REA and Domain property platforms, including creative rollout, audience targeting, and implementation and management of campaigns with digital agencies. You’ll track and analyse performance metrics (CPL, ROAS, CTR, CPM, conversions) and make data driven optimisation recommendations. Data-Driven Decisioning: Consolidate and analyse performance across paid, organic, EDM, CRM, and web channels using analytics and CRM tools. You’ll track lead metrics and funnel stages to design optimised and automated nurture journeys. What You Bring To The Role Your whole hearted, creative self ❤️ . You’re a team player, forever curious, with a bias to action, and love getting stuck in. You’ll have circa 3 years digital marketing experience and you’ve been on the look-out for just that opportunity to leverage your growth marketing skills in a brilliant business with a meaningful mission and purpose.
