As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled and reliable Plant / Loader Operator to join our team. Position Overview: We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, reliable Plant Operator to work in our mineral and sand processing plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently and safely operating heavy equipment, such as loaders, hoppers, or processing equipment in our processing plant, and other aeras of the company. This role requires a keen attention to safety, precision in handling materials, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. You may be required to work odd shift hours. PREVIOUS APPLICANTS NEED NOT APPLY Key Responsibilities: Warehousing Experience Experience with tools Be physically fit and capable of manual labor Have general sense This work involves lifting, loading & carrying Operate and maintain loaders in a safe and efficient manner. Load materials into hoppers, or processing equipment. Conduct pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on equipment. Collaborate with other plant personnel to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times. Monitor equipment to identify and report any malfunctions or maintenance requirements. Qualifications: Forklift License - required with experience Wheel Loader - Desirable Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures. Ability to perform routine maintenance on equipment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions. This position is for a person that has a can-do attitude and is flexible , as the duties may change during the daily routine.
