Sydney CBD - Corporate PositionStrong Career GrowthGlobal Company We are seeking a proactive and analytical Risk & Internal Audit Specialist to join our Risk & Audit team. In this dynamic role, you'll work across enterprise risk management, insurance program oversight, and internal reporting while building strong relationships with stakeholders from the Boardroom to the mine site. What You'll DoLead and support enterprise risk management activities — from risk workshops to system improvements and reporting.Oversee and improve insurance program activities, including renewals, claims coordination, and broker engagement.Harness Power BI and automation tools to create dynamic, accurate dashboards and reports for business leaders, the Board, and committees.Work closely with diverse stakeholders, commercial managers, site leaders, risk owners, and external partners, ensuring clear communication and strong collaboration.Support governance reporting, audits, and compliance activities in line with ASX and HKEX requirements.Adapt to shifting priorities and deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines. What You'll BringExperience in risk management, internal audit, or risk analysis (min. 1-4 years).Familiarity with risk management standards (ISO 31000) and ERM systems.Strong Power BI and data automation skills able to translate complex data into actionable insights.Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels of the organisation.Flexible, solutions-focused mindset with proven ability to manage multiple priorities.Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.(Bonus) Experience with insurance programs, SAP, Alteryx, or Mandarin language skills. Qualifications: University business, science, engineering, finance or ICT degree. Relevant professional designations (e.g. CPRA / CPRM, GIA, CA/CPA, etc.) desirable.
