You need to be a collaborative self-starter who is prepared to listen and learn - and then work autonomously and as part of a close team. Key Responsibilities:Present videos to camera for the Daily Mail Tik Tok, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram pages.Source videos and write engaging scripts for the Daily Mail social media accountsCreate videos for social media using Premiere ProMonitor video analytics to gauge success of social media efforts and initiativesMonitor the competitive social video landscape and identify trends in consumption To be successful in this role, you must have;Be comfortable in front of and behind the cameraThe ability to write compelling, engaging social media copy and headlinesHave newspaper, magazine or news website experienceGood technical knowledge of social media outlets and trends, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat and TikTokBe able to gather and analyse social media data and analyticsHave the ability to gather information and create compelling digital contentWork productively within a team environmentHave an understanding of both legal covenants and copyrightExperience with Adobe Premiere Pro (Essential)Strong communication and people skillsBachelor degree or higher qualification (not essential) Reports into: Social Media EditorThis is an exciting opportunity to join Daily Mail and we are looking for someone who is creative, ambitious and fun.On offer is a competitive salary package, healthcare and wellness allowance, and work from home flexibility.
