Team Activities and BBQ’s Diversity and Inclusion Council As a Parts Interpreter, you’ll play a crucial role in our team by: Interpreting, quoting, and selling parts to our customers, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and updating them on order status and delivery expectations. Assisting trade customers and technicians at the counter with their parts requests. Employing best practices in purchasing and selling processes to maximise business returns and profitability. Providing daily updates to service advisors on back-ordered parts and those ready for fitting What We’re Looking For: Relevant trade qualifications. Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in person. A strong customer service mindset with the ability to upsell and solve problems effectively. Proficiency in IT and a keen eye for detail. (Experience with Pentana preferred but not essential) The ability to work seamlessly as part of a team. A current Driver’s License.
