They are now seeking a hands-on IT Project Manager to deliver a varied portfolio of initiatives across AI, CRM, e-commerce, and operational technology (OT). Reporting directly to senior leadership, you’ll have full ownership from concept to go-live—this is a lean team where you’ll be in the detail as well as steering delivery. This is a role where no two days are the same—you’ll be at the heart of innovation, delivering impactful solutions across a variety of technologies. Based in Sydney CBD, you’ll enjoy the stability and benefits of a permanent role, while having the autonomy to shape projects end-to-end. About Your Role: Manage multiple concurrent projects end-to-end, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, set priorities, and manage change. Coordinate UAT, training, and post-implementation support. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance. Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones. About You: Demonstrated success in delivering multiple, complex IT projects without heavy support teams. Formal project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile). Proven track record delivering IT projects across diverse technologies. Experience in AI, CRM, e-commerce, or OT projects highly regarded. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and get into the technical detail. Relevant degree or project management certification. Your Benefits: Salary package of $200k (including super).
