You will be the face of our brand, providing an exceptional, design-led experience for every client. This position would suit someone with 2-3 years experience in a similar interior design focused sales position. Key Responsibilities Become a Brand Ambassador and represent the company with a customer-first approach, ensuring every interaction reflects the brands commitment to design excellence Meet and exceed sales goals by converting inquiries from e-commerce and trade clients into sales through expert product knowledge and personalised sales strategies Manage the full client journey from initial inquiry to post-sale follow-up, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business with both direct and trade customers. Assist in visual merchandising, brand presentation, and customer service within the showroom Stay up to date on market trends and collaborate with internal teams to provide valuable feedback that supports continuous improvement. Skills & Experience Prior experience in sales, showroom, or account management experience, ideally within the luxury interiors or furniture industry Proven track record of working towards and achieveing sales targets with a consultative approach Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Adept at managing client relationships and fostering loyalty, particularly with trade professionals like designers and architects Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with CRM, POS, and digital communication platforms (e.g., Shopify, NetSuite, etc.)
