They’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the integration, rollout, and migration of Salesforce across multiple workstreams - ensuring seamless interoperability, optimised workflows, and strong stakeholder alignment. You’ll operate in a fast-paced, high-change environment, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, and working closely with internal teams, vendors, and technology partners to bring the vision to life. What You’ll Be Doing Lead the delivery of Salesforce integration, rollout, and migration projects across enterprise workstreams Engage and align stakeholders across technical, business, and operational teams in a complex environment Oversee vendor collaboration to achieve integration and migration outcomes on time and within scope Manage migration planning and execution - covering data, workflows, and process transitions Ensure compliance, interoperability, and security requirements are met throughout delivery Collaborate with technical teams to align Salesforce capabilities with broader enterprise architecture Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and concurrent delivery streams About You Clear, concise communicator - gets to the point without losing detail High-energy, collaborative style - can match and lift the pace of a young, dynamic team Proven experience delivering Salesforce Cloud implementation and integration projects Skilled in planning and managing enterprise system migrations Strong stakeholder management and vendor engagement skills Familiarity with data integration, APIs, and interoperability principles Comfortable in fast-paced, multi-stream transformation environments Confident balancing strategic oversight with hands-on delivery execution Details Location : Sydney strongly preferred Type : 6-Month Fixed Term Contract (potential to extend or convert to perm) Salary : $150K–$160K Super Hybrid : 2–3 days onsite per fortnight
