In the role of Business Banking Executive, SA WA Property , you will join the well-regarded property team that’s winning together. This opportunity can be either located in Perth Western Australia or Adelaide South Australia. Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to: Strategic customer relationship and operational management, maximising income mix, pipeline management, prospecting and acquisition, account planning, workload planning, etc. Proactively manage risk, meeting all policy and compliance requirements; manage mitigate issues or breaches as they are identified. Profit & Loss and Balance sheet accountability including managing revenue, Lending footings and Deposits. Hold significant DCA to account for customer complexity within their respective portfolios. Provide leadership support for direct report in skills development, relationship development and guidance in achieving individual business plans! Be accountable for the execution of risk appetite and culture as per the Business and Private Bank Risk Appetite Be a key influencer working across regions to bring to life NAB proposition, in particular growing/deepening industry specialisation.
