Your Responsibilities: As our Receptionist & Personal Assistant, your duties will include: (1) Receptionist Duties: Greeting clients and visitors in a warm, professional, and friendly manner Answering and managing incoming calls and emails with clarity and efficiency ⌨️ Performing accurate typing, data entry, and general office tasks ️ Managing and filing important documentation with precision Ensuring the reception and office space remain tidy and presentable (2) Personal Assistant to the Managing Director: Managing and coordinating the Managing Director’s calendar and appointments ✈️ Assisting with travel bookings, meeting schedules, and event planning Preparing and formatting documents, reports, and presentations Handling confidential correspondence with discretion and professionalism Acting as a liaison between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders About You: We are looking for someone who is well-presented, professional, and thrives in a dual support role. You will have: Previous experience in a receptionist and/or personal assistant role Excellent customer service skills – ideally with experience in retail or hospitality A corporate and polished appearance that reflects our premium brand Strong computer literacy and confidence using Microsoft Office applications Discretion, reliability, and a proactive mindset Why Join Us?
