Permanent ongoing Location: Hawthorn East The Cairnmillar Institute is seeking a Student Services Officer to join our Student Services team. This pivotal administrative role supports the delivery and coordination of psychology and counselling courses, with a strong focus on current student administration and support. You’ll work closely with students, academic staff and other professional staff to ensure effective operations across all enrolment-related processes. As the first point of contact for student enquiries, you’ll play a key part in creating a positive student experience, maintaining essential records, supporting compliance, and contributing to the ongoing success of our student experiences. This is a hands-on, varied role ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys working with people, and has a commitment to student support and service excellence.
