Our plants in Victoria are searching for a Full-Time Customer Service Administrator for the Braeside office and for a Part-Time Customer Service Administrator to join their team in Box Hill. Performing a vast variety of customer service, admin, and office support duties in a fast paced, growing business. Both roles are Monday to Friday. The Full-Time role requires hours of 8:00am to 4:15pm and the Part-Time role is between 9:30am to 2:30pm. Some Key Responsibilities of the role include, but not limited to the following: Reception Duties Handling incoming queries via phone & email Greeting visitors / contractors and directing them to the relevant personal Managing office and factory supplies Data entry – delivery dockets / purchase orders / supplier Invoices Raising purchase orders / CA 's Placing orders for stock & tracking stock Update & maintaining internal data base & spreadsheets Management and reconciliation of petty cash Customer credit & debits requests To be considered for this position we are looking for the following: Be versatile to undertake various tasks and ability to apply your problem-solving skills Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team Accurate data entry Good Computer skills Clear & Fluent English speaking Demonstrated experience in previous customer service /administrative position Knowledge of Microsoft Office, (Outlook, Excel & Word) Knowledge of Pronto Software would be helpful Availability for immediate start is preferred.
