Key Responsibilities: Answering and managing the landline, directing calls as needed Printing and scanning documentation as required Maintaining regular email and client communication Managing office supplies and purchasing items when necessary Recruitment support, including drafting job ads and scheduling interviews Data entry and maintaining accurate records Key Requirements: Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Excellent time management and organisational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred Why Join Us?
